Fitness Friday - My Personal Full Body Routine

Today I wanted to share with you my personal Full Body Workout.  This incorporates dumbbell and body weight exercises. The best part about this is that you can do it as many times in a row as you want and you can use whatever weight you want!

I'd highly suggest giving this a shot and be prepared to get ripped. :-P ;-)
