Friday: Grilled Cheese Sloppy Joes w/Veggies and Soup

Highlighted Recipe: Santa Fe Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 lb Velvetta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 14 oz peeled and diced tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cans ranch-style beans
Directions:
- Brown the hamburger/turkey and drain the grease
- Cube the velvetta cheese
- Mix all ingredients, can juices and all, into your crock pot
- Cook on low 6 - 8 hours
We will serve our soup with sour cream and tortilla chips. :-D
